Tailor Tuxie Bow Ties are easily secured to any collar with two trimmable velcro loops, with the option between 2" or 4" loops. Any sized bow tie can be made with a comfortable elastic neck band to hang around the neck for small pets - simply select "Custom" for the backing option specify pet neck size when ordering.
